For the second year in a row, the Georgian Bay Club Foundation (GBCF) has supported the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS) and their work with pets and people in need in the community. This year, the foundation generously supported the Humane Education program ensuring the organization impacted over 2,000 youth through the program in 2018.

“The support from the GBCF continues to enable the GTHS to impact youth in our community, helping them to grow and develop into more empathetic and compassionate individuals who understand that all living things deserve to be treated with love and respect. Ultimately, the generosity of the Georgian Bay Club Foundation helps us to attain our overall goal which is to see our youth grow and populate this community with citizens who cultivate empathy towards people and animals, thereby reducing violence in our schools, homes and neighbourhoods,” states Karen Marsh, Humane Education Coordinator for the GTHS.
