A crowd of people waded out into Georgian Bay at Sunset Point this weekend to dunk into the cold water for a mental health campaign.

The annual Brain Freeze event took place on Nov. 26 in Collingwood, with more events slated for Dec. 3 across Canada.

Participants raised pledges for their icy swim, which will support local youth mental health initiatives. The campaign is run by Jack.org, and you can find updates on this year's fundraising on their website soon.
