(On Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018) South Simcoe Police responded to Saint John's Side Road located in the Town of Innisfil just before 11:30 p.m. after receiving a number of calls from concerned citizens about a female lying in the middle of the road.
Police located the female walking, covered in mud and to be very uncooperative with police. While speaking to the female, police detected a strong smell of alcohol on her breath. A 21-year-old woman was taken to the station to sober up and charged with intoxicated in a public place. She was later picked up by her mother.
