TORONTO – Sharon Jungkind of Collingwood has $65,676.40 to put toward her dreams after winning a LOTTO MAX second prize in the Nov. 6, 2020 draw.

Sharon, a 64-year-old administrative assistant, said she is an occasional lottery player. “I saw Big Winner on the screen and asked the clerk if the machine wasn’t working,” she shared. “He said, ‘No – you’re a big winner!’ I was in complete shock!”

The married mother said she came home to share the news with her husband right away. “We were both really excited. We’ve never won anything before!”

Sharon said she plans to save her winnings for her upcoming retirement then will plan a trip out west to visit family when it’s safe again.

“I never thought this would happen to me,” she smiled. “I am thrilled to have won $65,000!”
