County of Simcoe’s Economic Development Office, in partnership with the City of Barrie, the City of Orillia, Georgian College, Lakehead University and the Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium, is hosting the 2018 Simcoe County Manufacturers’ Forum on Wednesday, Nov. 21 at Tangle Creek Golf and Country Club in Thornton, Ontario.
The forum is designed for those working for or operating businesses in the manufacturing sector. The agenda includes keynote addresses, businesses-to-businesses networking opportunities, information on funding and business supports, and interactive presentations on product and market diversification.
The County will also unveil Made in Simcoe County, its new marketing and social media campaign celebrating and supporting the region’s strong, innovative, and diverse manufacturing sector. Registration is free of charge, however space is limited.
