Regarding the short-term housing restrictions, I think it’s important to recognize that we live in a tough economic climate.
With the increased costs of borrowing, people are forced to get creative and come up with ways to supplement their income.
One of the easiest ways is to rent out your house or a room.
I would be curious if there is a group of people pursuing this option for this reason, and not just to be greedy.
