I agree with the Brian Nugent letter to the editor from a couple of days ago.
The $10 per hour fee to park at some of these Collingwood locations is much too high. Punitive, in fact. Five dollars per hour would be reasonable and
acceptable.
I talked to one food vendor whose food truck is right beside the Collingwood grain silos in the big field -- seemed like good, tasty food for anyone hungry but I'm afraid those parking fees will deter visitors from staying very long.
This is just my honest opinion as a local, but you may have heard from others on this issue.
