Conservative Dowdall declared elected for Simcoe-Grey based on early polls reported

Conservative candidate Terry Dowdall has been declared elected in the Simcoe-Grey riding with 140 of 237 polls reporting results so far. 

Of the polls reported, Dowdall has 45 per cent of the vote (11,671 votes). 

Liberal Bren Munro has 26 per cent of the votes. 

In third is NDP Lucas Gillies with 16 per cent. 

Adam Minatel, PPC, has eight per cent of the vote so far. 

Green candidate Nick Clayton has four per cent and Christian Heritage Party candidate Ken Stouffer has 128 votes. 

A total of 26,594 votes have been tallied. 

There are 237 polls in Simcoe-Grey, and 140 of them have been reported and counted thus far. 

CBC is predicting a Liberal win tonight, though it's unclear if it will be a minority or majority.
