Dec. 21 update:

South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police wish to report that Gordon Maxwell from Mildmay, Ont. has been located.

Original Dec. 20 release:

MILDMAY - On Dec. 20 shortly after 2 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a missing person.

Reported missing is a 79-year-old male named Gordon Maxwell from Mildmay, Ont.

The male is described as white, 6'0" tall, 165 lbs with short white hair, blue eyes, wearing glasses, blue jeans, and possibly a striped button up shirt.

He was last seen leaving his residence in Mildmay, Ont. on Dec. 19, 2018 at 4:40 p.m. and was headed to Penetanguishene, Ont.

The male was operating a grey 2009 Chevrolet Silverado, bearing Ontario marker 3141TZ with a silver tonneau cover.

Police are concerned for the missing person's well-being. If located, please notify the South Bruce OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
