Say hello to Tom, the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS) pet of the week.
Tom, who has been at the GTHS for nearly three months, is a shy but very sweet cat who is looking for someone special.
While he isn’t the most confident kitty, he does enjoy getting attention from people. He loves to get rubs and head pats but going slow and steady is the best approach while getting to know him. It’s important to remember a little extra patience and time will help him settle into a new environment.
In his past, Tom lived with other cats, so if you have another kitty in your home who needs a friend, he might be the perfect pet for you, but no young kids would be ideal.
