Adopt Me: Poor Freddy has been through a lot (adopted)

He is FIV+ but that doesn't mean he can't live a long and happy life with you!

Freddy

Oh hiya humans, my name is Freddy. I know, I know... I'm maybe not what most would consider a "handsome" kitty but please don't judge a book by its cover! I'm so friendly and sweet and ready to be your very best bud. At five years old and about 14lbs, I'm the purrfect size to handle all the love you have to give.

So, I actually arrived at GTHS back in early April after being found as a stray kitty when a nice human found me. So, I've been here for quite a while already even though I've just become available for adoption. Why? because I arrived in pretty rough shape... okay, REALLY rough shape.

I had to spend a lot of time with the kitty doctor and the GTHS humans had to watch me very closely for a very long time before they felt sure that I was going to be okay.

They say I am one heck of a fighter! And, even after everything I've been through, I still always greet all of my human friends here at GTHS with nothing but love!

I'm a big sucky boy who just wants to sit in your lap and soak up lovins all day long. Besides being a lap warmer, some of my favourite activities include rubbing my face into your hands, being a very cute tripping hazard as I wind around your feet and just being your little shadow.

And although I am a boy who is full of love, sometimes I do ask for a little "me time." Due to this, the GTHS humans have said they'll find me a home with only older kids or grownups! Young, busy children are going to be a bit too much for a guy like me! A calm and quiet home is what I'm looking for!

I should probably also let you know that I'm an FIV+ cat! Don't worry though! That doesn't mean I can't live a long and happy life with you! I am a special kitty but I don't require much more care than any other kitty cat. All I need is a vet visit twice a year to make sure I'm in my best shape!

My adoption fee is by donation and includes my neuter, up-to-date vaccinations, de-wormer, and a microchip.

I can't wait to leave this chapter of my life behind me and start a new adventure with a loving family of my very own!

Paws crossed with hope,
xoxo Freddy
