Canela

Hi there! My name is Canela and I came to the GTHS after being found hiding in a staff member’s garage, if you can believe that!

I had a pretty ouchie wound on my face, so the really nice humans here took great care of me and got me feeling better in no time. Now I’m ready to find a loving home and have been waiting here at the shelter for weeks and weeks and weeks for someone to choose me.

I know I’m not the prettiest kitty in the room, and I’m a little quiet so I often get over-looked by adopters, but I honestly am the sweetest girl. Really, I am! I just want to be loved. I’m seven-years-old, so I’m a really nice age for someone who’s looking for a nice, calm companion.

Until Aug. 31, my adoption fee is only $50 too! Which includes my spay, up to date vaccinations, dewormer and a microchip. So why not come meet me?!

The GTHS is open for adoptions seven days a week from 12p.m.-4 p.m. Please come spend some time with me so I can show you what a lovely girl I am!
