Died peacefully at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the age of 87.

Patty, of Wasaga Beach, formerly of Toronto, was the beloved mother of Tracy. Cherished grandmother of Ashley (Steve) and Richard. Treasured great-grandmother of Abigail, Valerie and Noah. Dear sister of Gordy (Karen) and the late Bonnie. Loving aunt of Dave, Jeremy, Jennifer, Roly and Amanda. Fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends.

Patty had a distinguished singing career in showbusiness, her 4-octave vocal range establishing her as one of the most sought-after backup singers in Toronto; performing with Anne Murray, Billy Van Four, Laurie Bower Singers, and for the original Spiderman theme song to name a few. She was a social butterfly who was loved by everyone. Her true passions in life were golfing, animals and her family.

Her infectious laugh and fabulous hugs will be missed by all who knew her.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach. A celebration of Patty’s wonderful life will be planned for a later date with details to follow as available. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patty to the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation for Campbell House Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
