Died peacefully on Sunday April 28, 2024 at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood at the age of 91. Ferne of Stayner, beloved wife of the late Bob Allen (2009). Loving mother of Scott, Mark (Kathy) and Peter (Tracy). Cherished Gramma of Kyle, Morgan (Jordan), Hannah (Sean), Emma (Jordan), Jeff (Ella), Rebecca (Greg), Luke and Matthew and great grandmother of Charlotte, Madeleine and Evelyn.
Ferne was a kind and loving woman who cherished her family and her community. She was a long-time librarian and an active member of the Stayner Heritage Society. She was involved in Girl Guides and at Bob’s side, she was a dedicate partner in service with the Stayner Lions Club. She will be deeply missed.
