Trail Tunes rolling back into region June 1

Event will feature live music in Collingwood, Clearview, Wasaga Beach

TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD

Get out on the trails this International Trails Day for Trail Tunes, a collaborative, regional event connecting over 100 kilometres of trail and rich musical culture between Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, and Clearview Township.

Taking place on Saturday, June 1 from 12 noon to 9 p.m., residents and visitors alike are encouraged to bike or hike from destination to destination, through each community enjoying free, live music at trailheads in each municipality. End with a headliner concert at the Wasaga Oakview Wood Park in Wasaga Beach featuring Reggaddiction.

Here’s who you can expect to see in each location:

Clearview Township — Centennial Park, 240 Brock St., Stayner

  • Graham Playford Trio — 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • Fedor Bondar — 1 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
  • The Elements — 2 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
  • The Trio+ — 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Town of Collingwood — Shipyards Amphitheatre, 2 North Maple St., Collingwood

  • Kendall Lily — 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • Two Guys with Guitars — 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
  • Mirrage — 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
  • Whisky River — 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Town of Wasaga Beach — Oakview Wood Park, 1724 Mosley St., Wasaga Beach

  • Too Nice — 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Freez Careeb — 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Love Sound Steel Pan Band — 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Reggaddiction — 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
